Cognitive hypnotherapy is used to positively influence emotional, behavioural, cognitive and symptomatic change. This branch of hypnosis is different from traditional schools of hypnotherapy.

I offer my 1-2-1 sessions online. My working hours are Monday to Saturday and I offer both daytime and evening appointments.
